Klippers Sign Carter Cole for 2025-2026 Season
The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are proud to announce the signing of 2023 3rd-round pick Carter Cole for the 2025-2026 season.
Cole is currently in his third season with the Prince Albert Mintos of the SMAAAHL. So far this season, he has recorded 4 goals and 12 assists for 16 points in 18 games, along with 32 penalty minutes. A veteran of over 100 games in the SMAAAHL, Cole has amassed 14 goals and 42 assists for a total of 56 points during his time in the league.
Klippers Director of Scouting, Terrill Swaney, had this to say about the signing of Cole:
“We are very happy to add Carter for next season and to bring another Saskatchewan-born draft pick into our organization. Carter possesses a very high hockey IQ and thinks the game at an exceptional level. He brings speed, skill, and grit to our lineup, all of which will translate well to the SJHL game.”
