Biggar Woman Charged with Arson Following Snow White Resturant Fire

The Saskatchewan RCMP has charged a 24-year-old woman from Biggar with arson following a fire that destroyed a restaurant on Main Street in the community.

On September 25, Biggar RCMP received a report of a building fire on Main Street. The Biggar Fire Department responded, and while no injuries were reported, the building was ultimately destroyed.

The building housed the Snow White Restaurant, owned by Maggie Tan, who operated the business there.

On December 8, Biggar RCMP arrested Tami Falcon, who is charged with arson and failure to comply with a probation order.

Falcon is scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on December 13.
