Mental health awareness for parents and caregivers of families is very important at the Kindersley Early Years Family Resource Centre. That’s why this year, on Blue Monday, you are invite to join the Centre for a joyful twist on this notably ‘sad’ day…
On Monday, January 20th, the Centre is changing Blue Monday into ‘Bluey Monday!’ Bring your children in for an exciting time meeting the pop-culture sensations, Bluey and Bingo Heeler, live and in-person!
While you’re there, pick up some information on the HOPE Learning Centre’s online mental health program offerings, as well as additional resources and contact information for the West Central Crisis and Family Support Center, the Canadian Mental Health Association, SHA Family and Youth Mental Health, and Canada’s new mental health emergency number (988).
To help manage the crowds, the Centre is offering multiple sessions for you to choose from. (All sessions will be the same, so choose a time that best suits your needs).
No pre-register is required, so beat the blues and come on down! (And bring your friends!)
