How it works:
Book Direct
To submit a claim, you must have already booked directly on our site or via phone. You’ll need the confirmation number from your Wyndham Hotels & Resorts reservation.
Confirm Your Details
The lower rate must be at least $1.00 lower (not including any taxes or fees), publicly viewable and bookable when your claim is processed, and must be for the same hotel, dates, room type, and number of guests as your original booking.
Submit Claim within 24 Hours
We will only match the lower rate if you’ve filed your claim within 24 hours of the original booking—and more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
