The Kevin & Rev Show: Are We Alone in the Universe?
In the latest episode of The Kevin & Rev Show, hosts Kevin and Rev Piotr dive into a unique topic—UFOs and extraterrestrial life, asking, are we alone in the universe?
As a progressive Christian clergyman, Rev Piotr is not one to shy away from big questions.
“I think it would be utter arrogance to assume that we’re the only ones,” he states. For him, the idea that Earth is the sole home of intelligent life in the cosmos is simply too small-minded to accept. “I am 100% convinced that there is life out there.”
“I think it would be silly of us to assume otherwise,” Kevin agrees. “I also think they probably drive by our planet and wave, saying, ‘Yeah, no, not today.’”
But then, the discussion veers into the realm of history. Kevin points to the Pyramids of Egypt and other ancient marvels. “Without today’s technology, how on earth were they built? Even today, we’d struggle to replicate them.”
Piotr acknowledges the mystery but offers a more grounded explanation: “The mindset of engineering and building was different back then. Take ancient Rome—why are their roads still in better shape than the ones paved last year? Priorities have shifted. Back then, it was about advancing the way of life, not making money. The philosophy was different.”
“Very true,” shared Kevin. “I think these are interesting questions to raise.”
“Looking at carvings and ancient depictions worldwide, they either believed there was more to life than just us or had strong suspicions,” Piotr shared before adding “The Pyramids of Giza—our landing pads for UFOs.”
