If you’re looking for a space dedicated to relaxation, healing, and overall wellness, the Harmonic Egg in Kindersley is ready to welcome you. Under new ownership, the studio continues to provide cutting-edge sound and light therapy while expanding its offerings to help serve the community.

Christina Ginther isn’t new to the Harmonic Egg, she’s been an important part of the team for two years. Originally from Calgary, she and her family moved to Kindersley 13 years ago. A busy mom of three and an oilfield wife, Christina was a stay-at-home mom until she found the perfect opportunity to work at the Harmonic Egg under Kristina Bosch.

“It worked out perfectly with my kids’ schedule, as we are mainly open during school hours. We worked amazingly together, and I was so happy when Kristina asked me to take over, so the Bosch family could move on to their next big adventure, moving to Nicaragua! I absolutely love the community we have built within the studio and also the many new faces that have been coming in the past couple of months.”

The Harmonic Egg is an advanced sound and light therapy chamber designed to enhance relaxation and promote healing. When you arrive for a session, you will enter a serene and peaceful environment filled with wellness products, books, vitamins, and abundant greenery. Before your session begins, you’ll complete some paperwork that helps tailor the experience to your needs.

In the Egg Room, Christina or another staff member will guide you through the process. You will then settle into a zero-gravity chair, cozy up with a blanket, and let the session commence. Many who have tried a session describe this experience as deeply relaxing, some even consider it an opportunity for complete downtime, free from distractions. Once your session is over, you will be offered electrolytes to help you gently transition back to reality.

The Harmonic Egg offers benefits for people of all ages, from children to seniors, as well as people with disabilities. It can assist with stress and pain relief, emotional healing, mental, physical, and spiritual wellness, and recovery from illness and surgery.

” At the Harmonic Egg, I’m able to help people, which has always been my calling. I have clients with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and cancer that come in regularly and some people come in purely for relaxation and 50 min of total downtime, where no one can reach them. A rare luxury these days!” Christina shared. She recommends that new clients book three sessions close together, usually weekly, before transitioning to monthly maintenance sessions. However, visits can be scheduled as needed based on individual goals.

In addition to the Harmonic Egg, the studio offers Transformational Breathwork®, a powerful healing modality that works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Christina, along with Stacey Herbert, and Kristina Bosch spent the past year training with Transformational Breath® Canada, one of the longest-running breathwork schools in the world. Breathwork uses the power of the client’s diaphragmatic breath combined with a facilitator body mapping certain pressure points of the body to move through and integrate stored emotions, which may contribute to physical pain and emotional unbalance.

Christina is excited about the future, with plans to collaborate with other talented healers in Kindersley and surrounding communities. “Exciting things are in the works,” she shares.
