Klippers Sign Defenceman Jordan Lafleur From the Calgary Northstars
The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are proud to announce the signing of 2007-born defenceman Jordan Lafleur from the Calgary Northstars U18 AAA program.
Lafleur, a Calgary, AB native, has spent his entire hockey career with the Calgary Northstars organization. This season, he appeared in 34 games, recording 3 goals and 17 assists for a total of 20 points. Standing at a towering 6’3″, he will look to make an immediate impact on the Klippers’ blueline next season.
Assistant General Manager Ryan Gibson on Lafleur:
“We are very happy to add Jordan to our group for next season. He is a long and mobile defender who has the ability to contribute at both ends of the ice in junior hockey. He battled through some injury issues this year in U18, but came back and finished the season strong. We’re very excited to see Jordan in Klippers colors come next fall!”
