As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Journeyman Pipefitter to join our team and help lead projects with confidence and expertise.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent Journeyman Pipefitter who can take ownership of projects, work independently and with a team, and produce precise results. The ideal candidate will be experienced in measuring and fitting piping, reading and producing isometric drawings (ISOs), and managing small to mid-scale projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Independently plan and execute piping projects based on provided specifications and drawings.
-Accurately measure, cut, thread, and install various piping systems.
-Read, interpret, and create isometric (ISO) drawings to support fabrication and installation.
-Coordinate with engineers, welders, and other trades to ensure alignment and project efficiency.
-Manage project timelines, materials, and onsite decisions with minimal supervision.
-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all phases of work.
-Provide progress updates and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
-Valid Journeyman Pipefitter Certification (Red Seal or equivalent preferred).
-5+ years of pipefitting experience, with proven ability to work independently.
-Strong project management and organizational skills.
-Experience with ISO creation (manual or digital tools such as SpoolFab is an asset).
-Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
