Sunny Is Looking for a Home
Sunny is about a year old and has had a bit of a rough start to her life. She came into the care of KAWS as a young mother along with her four kittens. Sunny requires a home where she can just be herself. An owner who is patient and gentle and who will let her adjust on her own time. You can pet her head, scratch under her chin and pet down her back. She’s very nervous and unsure but if you speak softly to her, it reassures her. She does not like to be picked up. We believe in time she will make a wonderful pet but she will need time to adjust to everything. If you’re looking for a cuddly cat, Sunny is not for you (at least at this point in time).
We would prefer a quieter home with no other pets for this sweet girl. If you’re a person with a big heart and lots of patience, Sunny may be for you. She truly is a beautiful little girl. She’s currently living at the pound due to a lack of foster homes, so the sooner she finds a home, the better! We would also consider letting her go as a barn buddy to a farm/shop, but will be picky as to where she goes.
