Pioneers Haven Pet Parade Set for July 26
Do you own a friendly pet? If so, Pioneers Haven invites you to stop by and share your furry, feathered, or four-legged friend with their residents during the upcoming Pet Parade, happening on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
Pioneers Haven is an independent living facility for seniors, and many of its residents have had animals in their lives before joining the Pioneer family. While pets aren’t allowed at the facility due to allergies, the staff says residents truly miss the joy animals bring. This event offers a special opportunity to reconnect them with the comfort and companionship of animals.
All friendly animals are welcome—dogs, cats, horses, goats, and more. Any animal visiting would be a treat! Cold drinks and snacks will be provided for both humans and their pets.
