Klippers See Two Wins Over the Weekend

With the SJHL back in action, the Klippers certainly had two great exhibition games against the North Stars winning both games.

Taking place in Battleford on Friday, October 23rd, the Klippers sealed the exhibition opener with a 5-2 win. The Klippers scored two goals in the first thanks to Ethan King and Max Kathol, while the second period saw Noah Lindsay score and King rack up his second point of the night. Matthew Mazzocchi scored in the third period with the Klippers fifth goal of the night.

Saturday, October 24th, saw another great result for the Klippers with a 4-1 win at home. Ethan King, Matthew Mazzocchi, Aidan Bangs and Ethan Ironside were the goal scorers of the evening.

While official scheduling for the SJHL has yet to be released, the Klippers in Battleford, Thursday, October 29th, and at home Friday, October 30th, with both games starting at 7:30 p.m.

This year you can expect to see Kerrobert native Brett Neumeier wearing ‘C’, Eric Sorensen and Mark Snarr with an ‘A’ on their jersey. Noah Lindsay will wear ‘A’ for home games and Kyle Ford will don it for road games.
