Harassment and Fraud Among Rosetown Calls for Service

February 12th, Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter in to an apartment in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation.

February 13th, a report of harassment was received. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

February 15th, a report of a traffic complaint on Highway 4 near Elrose, SK was called in. Members attended and spoke to the subject of complaint nothing further was required.

On February 16th, Rosetown RCMP received a report of harassing communications. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. There was also a report of fraud. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. Later that night, RCMP received a report of a sudden death of a 76-year-old male from Herschel, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature. Lastly during that day, a report of a suspicious vehicle near Rosetown, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

February 17th, Rosetown RCMP received a report of fraud. The matter is under investigation. In addition, a report of a traffic complaint on Highway 15. Members were unable to locate the vehicle. RCMP also received a request for a wellbeing check. Members attended and nothing further was required.

There were two traffic related charges issued.
