Kindersley Jr. Klippers VS Melville

Noodles records a shut out! Wow. The entire Kindersley Klipper hockey team played well in front of him to secure the win. The visiting Melville Millionaires provided the opposition on Friday the 1st of December at the “The Hangar” at the WCEC.

The final score was 2 to 0 in Kindersley’s favour and the crowd was ecstatic for the team. They had dropped both games last weekend to LaRonge at home but got in the win column again with a solid effort. First year Klippers Keenan Ingram and Easton Inglis found the back of the net and Keenans goal was the game winner.

Cody “Noodles” Jaman stopped all 25 shots that came his way. This team is playing with a lot of confidence and it shows. Head coach Clayton Jardine and assistant coach Tyler Traptow seem to have blended this mix of new players and returning players into a team to be proud of as they don’t know the meaning of the word quit and are fired up and eager to get on the ice and prove themselves each and every shift.

It’s way more fun to watch a winning team and more important, a team that doesn’t give up. They play hard right to the end of the game even when they are winning! 681 happy fans took in the game and went home happy.

Next game is Saturday, December 2nd when the Estevan Bruins come to Kindersley. Puck drop is 7:30.
