‘Everyone is accurate at 1 foot away’: Zip guns are rare but dangerous
When police officers arrived on the scene in downtown Saskatoon this September, they thought there were dealing with a man trying to break into cars.
They were, but what they didn’t expect is that this man was armed and would cause chaos in downtown streets for hours to come.
