Impaired Driving Charge on Christmas Eve

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on December 24th, 2017 Kindersley RCMP officers were called to a possible impaired driver travelling within the Town of Kindersley. The driver had collided with a parked vehicle and backed into a tree at a residence on 4th Ave West.

A 39 year old male was arrested and found to be 3.5 times over the legal limit. He was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle over .08. He was released from custody and will be appearing in Kindersley Provincial Court on February 20th, 2018.
