June 12th Road Update
This morning the RM of Kindersley announced on their website that travel will resume today (Tuesday, June 12th) at noon for the following traffic:
- Oil/water (production side only)
- Grain haulers
- All other heavy haul traffic with the exception drilling/preset/service rigs, infield/skid moves and frac equipment
If there is no more rain and the road conditions are dry then activity for rigs and fracs can resume at 6:00 a.m on Wednesday.
The RM of Kindersley asks for heavy haul traffic to only use roads that are good for travel. No mud is to be brought onto the grid roads at any time. Be advised to slow down for construction zones as well as graders, sprayers and mowers that are working on the roads at all times.
