Deal expected to close mid-2017
Stakeholders of PotashCorp and Agrium have given their overwhelming support for a merger.
In a special meeting held Thursday, 59 per cent of PotashCorp shareholders gave their say on the proposed deal. More than 99 per cent of those shareholders voted in favour of it.
