Annual exercise with SaskPower trains crews in high-risk rescues on 67-metre turbines

What happens if you’re climbing a 67-metre wind turbine and you have a heart attack?

Not many people will have to deal with this crisis, fortunately, but firefighters in Swift Current are training for it.

This week, five firefighters participated in an annual wind tower rescue exercise with SaskPower.
