Justin Trudeau to shake up cabinet ahead of 2019 election
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shuffled his cabinet on Wednesday with changes that will likely put the spotlight on major issues, including trade diversification, border security and interprovincial affairs.
At Rideau Hall on Wednesday morning, Trudeau added five fresh faces to the cabinet and shuffled around the portfolios of six other ministers.
