2 permanent part-time Group Home Care Workers for our residential services, permanent full-time Activities Program Staff and one permanent part-time Client Development Worker in the Supported Independent Living program; helping adults with disabilities live an enriched life.

Assisting each individual based on their level of needs, including personal care and a variety of daily living needs for the residents, in a family friendly home environment or; implementing programs and activities based on personal growth, building community connections, developing particular skills &/or functional abilities within an activities centre or community based program.
Providing growth and educational opportunities to improve and maintain independent living skills for individuals who live independently.
Wage grid ranges from $14.77 to $18.14/ hour
Must have a valid drivers licence and current criminal record check complete with vulnerable sector check.
