Tour companies and hotels in destinations popular with Chinese tourists are starting to see cancellations after a new form of virus that has led to mass quarantines and 213 deaths in China.
The virus comes from a large family of what are known as coronaviruses. The World Health Organization on Thursday declared the outbreak a “public health emergency of international concern.”
There are three confirmed cases in Canada and all are linked to recent travel in China.
