Temperatures take a dip downwards

Be sure to bundle up out there today.

While the conditions are clear and the sun is shinning, temperatures have taken a dip downwards, and thanks to the wind chill, at times, it feels like minus 40 out there. 

Conditions are expected to continue through out this evening and into the night, but the temperature is set to climb upwards later this week.
