Join a gym. Whether you’ve always been a fitness fiend or you’re more of a classic couch potato, retirement is the perfect time to focus on getting active. With an exercise regimen, you can boost mental health, improve your immune system and increase your strength.

Get a flexible job. A job doesn’t have to mean working all day, every day. With temporary or part-time employment, you can get the best of both worlds by keeping your flexibility and gaining the chance to stay active and motivated while earning some extra cash.
