Description:
The Mainline Automotive Group is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of General Manager at our location in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Kindersley Mainline Motor Products is a General Motors (GMC, Buick, Chevrolet) dealership located in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all store activities to ensure store performance expectations and customer service levels are achieved.
Day to day decision making, ensuring the store is always reacting quickly to the market and customers. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing all staff.
Completion of all reporting and administrative procedures as required.
Directly managing Sales Managers, the Office Manager and Fixed Operation Managers.
Implementing processes to achieve store profitability goals.
Developing store sales goals and business plans. Improve gross profit and processes.
Developing and implement local marketing activities.
On-going customer engagement and communication.
Managing and overseeing activities of all dealership departments.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams.
Solid working knowledge of computers and systems.
Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Successful background in financial/budgeting and/or extensive automotive dealership background.
