Regina Police Report 7 Drug Overdoses in One Day

Over a 36-hour period starting just after midnight on Canada Day, police have responded to seven overdoses, and six of the people have died.

REGINA — The Regina Police Service is reminding the public to be aware of illegal drugs in the city after reporting seven overdoses since Wednesday.

The police said in a news release today that of the seven overdoses, six resulted in death.
