Humboldt and District Museum and Gallery Call for Submissions
Calling all artists!
December 31, 2023 is the next bi-annual Artist Submission deadline for the Humboldt & District Gallery. As a community-based art gallery, they strive to be accessible for both emerging and established artists.
They encourage artists to submit proposals to show their works. Proposals from artists of varying experience and skill levels working in any type of media are welcome. Maintaining the mix of established and new local artists is important to the Gallery, so if you feel your work may be of interest, please submit a proposal.
All submissions will be reviewed by their Exhibit Committee and offers to exhibit will be put forward in consultation with them. Shows are booked according to the Gallery’s exhibit schedule. The Gallery is also in a position to assist artists new to exhibiting with the process of mounting a show.
Their exhibit schedule is developed 2-3 years in advance. They thank you for your patience as these decisions can take some time. Deadlines for submissions are June 30 and December 31 of each year.
