A big congratulations is in order to Kindersley’s homegrown band, The Radiant, who were recently in Toronto where SaskMusic presented them and Saskatchewan musician singer, TOVA at the third edition of Come Together.
Come Together is two days of private industry showcases and receptions geared to presenting promising artists from across Canada, and helping them build connections in the Canadian music market!
“It means a great deal to everyone at The Radiant to be able to celebrate our art with so many talented musicians across Canada. To be able to get our act in front of the eyes of so many professionals who could support our project is immeasurably beneficial,” the band shared. “It’s one thing to hear The Radiant on the radio or streaming service but to see and hear it live is a completely different experience.”
So what can music lovers expect when going to a Radiant show? “It’s heavy hitting sound with a big wall of energy hitting you from the stage. Lights accompanying the alternative-rock with stunning visuals create a powerful performance.”
Although their time in Toronto at Come Together will be busy, band members Jordan Ahmed, Paul Hillacre, Mikhaila Anderson, Evan Knouse, and Mike Reece aren’t slowing down as the year comes to an end, instead, in December, they will be attending the SaskMusic Awards where The Radiant stands as a nominee for Rock Artist of the Year.
“We are grateful for the support from fans, industry professionals, radio stations, online magazines, all other organzations that have shown us so much love. We will always continue to improve our craft and do what love most and that’s share our love of music and entertainment,” they shared.
