Nova Scotia is bracing for another snowstorm this week, with Environment Canada issuing a winter storm watch for the entire province.
The forecast indicates the storm will move south of Nova Scotia from late Tuesday into early Wednesday. Accumulations of 15 to 30 centimeters of snow are anticipated by Wednesday noon, accompanied by wind gusts reaching up to 70 km/h.
Additionally, onshore flurries and snow squalls are expected to form behind the storm, affecting parts of northeastern mainland Nova Scotia and northern Cape Breton. These areas may experience ongoing snow accumulation through Thursday night, according to Environment Canada.
