Suspicious Person, Theft, Erratic Driver Part of Rosetown’s RCMP Calls for Service

In addition to the calls below, there were 43 Traffic related charges issued, 2 911 mis-dial calls and 2 false alarm calls.

June 21, 2024:

07:16 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a stolen truck in Rosetown, SK. The truck was located.
09:02 AM – Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a motor vehicle collision near Beechy, SK. There were no injuries.
01:23 PM – Kyle RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 4. Members located the vehicle and spoke to the driver.

June 22, 2024:

01:21 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in Rosetown, SK. Members located the vehicle and there was no suspicious activity to report.
03:34 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a traffic complaint in Rosetown, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
07:47 PM – Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle near Kyle, SK. Members attended and there was no suspicious activity.

June 23, 2024:

02:30 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person on Highway 7 near Rosetown, SK. Members located the subject of complaint and there was no suspicious activity.

June 24, 2024:

12:08 AM – Rosetown RCMP are investigating a report of a missing female.
03:34 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a garage and barn at a rural farm location. Several items including a Harley Davidson motorcycle, utility trailer, and John Deere riding lawn mower were stolen.
04:19 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
07:32 PM – Kyle RCMP received a report of uttering threats in Rosetown. Complainant declined to proceed.
11:17 PM – Kyle RCMP received a report of trespassing in Rosetown, SK. Members attended but there were no signs of trespassing.
11:54 PM – Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person in Rosetown, SK. Members attended and located the subject of complaint who was hitchhiking.

June 25, 2024:

07:34 AM – Rosetown RCMP are investigating a report of an assault in Rosetown, SK.
07:52 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a domestic dispute near Harris, SK. Members charged a 53-year-old male with Sexual Assault, 2 counts of Assault, 3 counts of Uttering Threats, and Pointing a Firearm.
02:37 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

June 26, 2024:

08:58 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a domestic dispute in Rosetown, SK. Members charged a 28-year-old male from Rosetown, SK with Assault.

June 27, 2024:

07:05 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a single motor vehicle rollover on Highway 7. There were minor injuries.
08:05 AM – Rosetown RCMP are investigating a mischief complaint in Rosetown, SK.
