Mommy & Me Meditative Movement Classes at the Early Years Family Resource Centre

Come down to the Kindersley Early Years Family Resource Centre for the Mommy & Me Meditative Movement Class! Beginning on July 10, the class will be held on Wednesdays at 10:30am throughout the summer.

Open to any mom with a little one ages five or under, these classes will be lead by Ocean Massey, of Make Waves Therapy & Fitness. Each class will be approximately 45 minutes and filled with breath exercises as well as slow and gentle movements allowing you to bond with your little. If your little is old enough, they can join in on the movements! If you child is smaller, you can have them in a carrier on your chest, nestled in their car seat or lying on a blanket on the floor.
