Kindersley Cadets Hold Annual Ceremony Review

May 29th was an important date for the 365 Lloyd “Sparky” Ament Squadron. This was the night the cadets held their Annual Ceremonial Review at the Norman Richie Centre. Ten cadets showed their stuff and were on display for the friends and family. There were promotions and awards for Top Marksman, Most Improved Cadet, Most Dedicated Cadet, Best Drill & Deportment, and an Attendance Award. An Air Cadet Service Medal was also given out.

Reviewing Officer, Dale Harpestad inspected the squad and helped to hand out the awards. He also gave a speech about the importance of the cadet program. Chairperson–Jeanette Winter served as the M/C and did a great job. Commanding Officer Captain Ian Kehrer, Supply Officer Captain Monte Sheppard and Stands Officer Capt Danit Vass also helped Dale with the awards presentation.

The cadets; WO2 S. Winter, Cpl T. Deck, Cpl W. Hague, LAC C. Carnell, LAC A. Grassing, Cdt G. Fehr, Cpl N. Rast, LAC W. Bernard, LAC J. Dean-Daly, LAC B. Jackson and Cdt L. Morose were all deserving of their awards and conducted themselves like professionals and it was a pleasure to be in attendance to watch this ceremonial review.

They should be proud of their accomplishments and look forward to a bright future. Well done, everyone!
