Provincial Suicide Prevention Information

Although the holiday season has wrapped up, it can often cause a wide range of emotions that last long after we have taken down the last decoration. If you have spent time with someone lately who has been experiencing signs of depression or if you feel like you need to speak with someone, please reach out.

Suicide prevention starts with a conversation. Check in with your friends and ask how they are really doing. If you have thoughts of suicide or self-harm, don’t ignore them. Reach out to a friend, family member or health care provider.
