Condition Check Results in Jail Term

On April 25th, 2020, Kindersley RCMP arrested a 43-year-old male for breaching the conditions of his release order.
On May 6th, the male was brought before a judge in Saskatoon Provincial Court and convicted and sentenced to a jail term. He was sentenced to 5 months custody on charges of Mischief, Carrying a Knife and Possession of Break and Enter Tools. He was also sentenced to 4 months on charges of Possession of Cocaine and Failing to Comply with a Court Order,
All of his charges are to be served in closed custody, concurrently.
