This beautiful, senior girl has been in our care for almost 2 years. “Shiloh” is about 11 years old and has had a rough couple of years as she’s been in 4 homes now in that amount of time. She came to us after her elderly owner passed away suddenly. She was very attached to her person and became almost feral after her passing. She didn’t do well in her first foster home, but finally came out of her shell at her 2nd one. She was there for 1.5 years but due to unforeseen circumstances, she was in need of another foster home. She recently was moved to a foster home in Melville, SK at the end of March 2020. It took quite a few weeks, but she has finally warmed up to her new foster mom. She really needs to find a forever home of her own where she can live out her senior years with stability and love! She’s a very sweet cat and is quiet and well behaved. She’s a bit more of an independent cat, so would be great company for someone who doesn’t like in-your-face clingy/needy cats. She makes you really work to earn her trust, but once you do, you’ll have a great friend! She likes attention and pets on her terms. She does need a quiet home without children or other animals.
There is NO adoption fee for Shiloh as it has been kindly sponsored by her new foster mom in hopes that she will have a better chance at finding a home! She is fully vaccinated, dewormed and spayed! You do not need to live near either locations as we can likely find ways to transport her for the right home! (within reason of course). Home checks will be done via video chat.
