Wind Gusts up to 50km/h Throughout Day

Good morning West Central Saskatchewan!

It’s a windy one out there—currently there are -14 with winds coming in from the east at 35 km/h gusting to 46 km/h, with light and blowing snow. As we write this, some weather models are projecting wind gusts up to 50 km/h through the day, this WILL impact visibility on highways.

In addition, highways in the area are reporting snow drifts, with icy sections and blowing snow. Snow will continue through the day.
