Break and Enter, Mischief, and Erratic Driver Part of Rosetown RCMP’s Calls for Service
June16 at 4: 56pm—Rosetown RCMP received a traffic complaint on Highway 7 near Rosetown, SK. Members located the vehicle and spoke to the driver. At 6:15pm–there was a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
June 17 at 2:34pm–Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a rural farmyard. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. At 3:00pm–there was a report of identity fraud. The matter is still under investigation. At 11:02pm–Rosetown RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision with a moose on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members attended and there were no injuries.
June 18 at 12:30am—Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of theft of a vehicle registration from a vehicle in Rosetown, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
June 19 at 9:30am- Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of mischief in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation. At 10:55am—there was a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Rosetown, SK. Members located the vehicle and gave the driver a verbal warning.
There were 36 traffic related charges issued, 2 911 mis-dial calls and 1 false alarm call.
