Kindersley Trade Show Set to Return
A Kindersley favorite is coming back!
The last time the Kindersley Trade Show was held was in 2019. The pandemic was one reason to cancel the show, but businesses had also started to wane towards the idea, feeling they weren’t getting any traction from the event.
However, things are changing and according to Kevin Martin, Kindersley’s Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, business interest has been very high!
“We are planning on restarting the Trade Show next year in June. We are hoping to use the Co-op Arena at the WCEC and obviously would like to sell out,” he shared.
The community has been showing interest in having the trade show return, with many sharing their enthusiasm to see this old favorite return.
“If all goes well, our goal is to bring back the trade show as an annual event,” shared Kindersley’s Chamber of Commerce President Jeff Soveran. “Right now, we are working at getting all the logistics of the event in order, but with the addition of Pat Perkins sitting on the trade show board and her past experience in running it, we are certain the event will be a success.”
