Eston Health Center Holding Coffee & Crops on October 12

Eston Health Center is asking current and past farmers to come join them for coffee row on October 12th at 10 am.

The event will allow the community farmers to visit with male residents and enjoy coffee and treats. Programs like these are great for the mental health and well-being of residents in care homes and enjoyable activity for the male residents, most of them farmers to chat crops and farming.

Activities director Jennifer Pittman says “its important to have community involvement in care homes, especially for residents who don’t often get out. “
