Rosetown RCMP Receive Report of Break and Enter Near Elrose
In addition to the calls below, there were 58 Traffic related charges issued, 2 false alarm calls and 1 911 miss-dial call. December 29, 2023
- 11:37 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an abandoned vehicle in Elrose, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
- 5:46 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a traffic complaint on Highway 4. Members located the vehicle and issued a traffic ticket.
- 6:42 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
December 30, 2023
- 8:05 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a business in Rosetown, SK. Members attended and charged a 32-year-old male from Hoosier with Mischief under $5,000 – Damage to property and released for court.
December 31, 2023
- 12:45 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a hit and run at a parking lot in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
- 3:15 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
January 1, 2024
- 9:59 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a shop near Elrose, SK. An ATV, Sea-doo, and farm equipment was stolen. If anyone has information regarding these stolen items, please call the Rosetown Detachment at 306-882-5700.
- 7:02 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
January 2, 2024
- 6:34 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a sudden death of a 73-year-old male from Rosetown, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature.
January 3, 2024
- 2:47 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision with a deer on Highway 7. There were no injuries – reported for insurance purposes.
