Help Needed With Kindersley’s Skatepark
The Kindersley All-Wheel Park & Recreation Area has shared some 3D renders for the new Kindersley skatepark, based on community votes.
“We are finalizing the ideas now moving to the budgeting and fundraising stage. We appreciate the support and donations from the Town of Kindersley, Meridian Surveys, Pat and Deb Holland, Newline Skateparks, Tyler Woolrich, and TKB for the initial donations, design & 7yrs of work to get this far with the project.”
To progress further, we need additional help from the community. So far, one person has been leading this effort, but more support is needed.
If you are able to help in any capacity, we need help with:
- Gathering Donations: Every contribution brings us closer to our goal.
- Organizing Fundraisers: Help us plan events to raise funds and awareness.
- Applying for Grants: Assist in seeking financial support through grants.
- Overseeing Donation Totals: Help manage and track the funds raised.
- General Assistance: Any support, no matter how small, can make a big difference.
The skatepark will benefit the community, providing a place for kids and potential for new summer camps. It’s designed for 50 years of use with minimal maintenance.
However, without further support from the community, we can’t move forward. If you’re interested in helping, please get in touch via the Kindersley All-Wheel Park & Recreation Area Facebook page. Your involvement is crucial for this project’s success.
Thank you, Kindersley!”
