Another Blast of Winter is Coming
Hold on tight residents because the beginning of the week will start off with a wintery blast as a clipper system is to impact central Saskatchewan. Heaviest snow will impact areas along the Yellowhead area with amounts totaling 10-20cm.
For west central Saskatchewan we could see 5-10cm of snow from the system Sunday evening into Tuesday. With this system, you can expect gusty winds of 50-70km/h which can reduce visibility with the fresh snowfall.
Plan your travel and check the highway hotline or Kindersley Social’s weather cam for road conditions if travelling
Following this system we will see cooler temperatures swoop in with lows of -25 to -30 before the temperature rebounds quickly to around -5 for day time highs.
