Hockey season is officially here and the Kindersley Jr. Klippers are working with the future young local skaters and goalies by hosting their Kids Camp from August 28 to Sept 1 at the West Central Events Centre.
Approximately 90 kids (both boys and girls) from ages 5 to 14 are participating in skating, stick handling, shooting and passing drills designed to help them become better players.
Coaches Clayton Jardine and Tyler Traptow have been joined by the entire Jr squad as they help develop these future stars.
If I didn’t know better, it looked to me like the adults were having as much or more fun than the kids!
Well done fellas! Let’s keep working on getting our local guys and girls better and better.
