It is with great sadness the family of Patrick Kosolofski announce his passing on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the age of 67 years.
Beloved husband of Gwen, loving father of Kyla & Eric, grandfather to Vanessa, Rylan, Dayson & Kaiden, brother to Randy (Joanne) and uncle to many nieces & nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life held for Pat on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 at 1:00 P.M at the Norman Ritchie Centre, Kindersley, SK.
