KFD Moves to Indoor Training
Hello, Cody Phinney back for another update from the Kindersley Fire Brigade.
With the cold weather approaching quickly we’ve started to move our training indoors for the winter. Our members are still able to train their skills in things such as vehicle extrication, self rescue, and pump operations during the cool weather. We also have all our members booked in for their First Aid /CPR certifications which all members take annually.
If you haven’t been to our website in awhile, we have recently added a new portal under our Public Education tab with downloads for colouring pages and a Fire Escape Plan template, with more coming in the future. These resources are available for free and can be a useful tool for teachers or to introduce kids to fire safety.
