Picnic in the Park Sees Great Turnout

On the afternoon of Saturday, August 13, the Heritage Manor Auxiliary and the Kindersley Regional Library held a “Picnic in the Park,” at Baker Park.

During the two hours, picnic goers enjoyed a picnic and storybook trail with free refreshments and treats, which were provided for all those in attendance.

A free-will offering opportunity was also available at each picnic table, with proceeds going to The Heritage Manor Auxiliary to purchase items for the residents of the Heritage Manor

“Thanks so much to everyone who braved the heat to support the Heritage Manor Auxiliary in their Picnic In The Park. Special Thanks to The Kindersley Library Staff for giving us the space and for adding to the day with a Story Walk and an indoor craft. Thanks also to Kindersley and District Co-op for donating the tables and chairs,” shared Cliff Finley.
